Here at Revolutionaging Inc. Your privacy and security is our top concern. We are fully dedicated to ensuring the safety and proper use of all users data, and systems to ensure this are the foundation of our very model. Revolutionaging Inc. (“Company, ” “us, ” and “we”) respects the privacy of its users (“you”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information we collect, how that information is protected, how the information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.  Some of this includes: collection, storage, and processing of data on current and expired members of each organization, as well as non-members who add themselves to the organization's database, as well as those making a donation, volunteering, or other means, including being added manually by an administrator of the organization. We offer services to “Villages” to help them run their operations  including their website, events, finances, and communications. These involve the collection, storage, and processing of member’s data and the data of those who are added to the database via their input to the website and those added by an administrator. 
Because this website is available worldwide Revolutionaging Inc. Will follow the strictest possible rules and has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). In the context of the GDPR your Village will be considered the Data Controller and Revolutionaging will be considered the Data Processor. Revolutionaging Inc. Is based in the United States and our servers are hosted in the US. No matter where you are located, you consent to the transferring to, and processing of, your information in the US. These policies do not apply to 3rd parties we work through nor external links that may be imbedded on our website, please review their privacy policies before using these features. We may update this Privacy Policy as features change, or at any time and for any reason.

We may collect information that can identify you such as your name and email address (“personal information”) and other information that does not identify you. We may collect this information through your use of the Services. By using the Services, you are authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data related to the provision of the Services.


If you sign up using a platform such as Facebook, you understand that we may obtain certain information from said platform’s account, such as your name, email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, friend list, and information about and photos of your friends. We only obtain information from your platform account that you specifically authorize and grant us permission to obtain. If you sign up using a school or general email address, you understand that we may use your email address to continue to provide you with optimum service. When you download or use the Services, you will also be asked to allow the Company to collect your location information from your mobile device and computing device.   We may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Services. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information. Your use of our Services may also provide us photos, a personal description, information about your gender preferences, nearby locations and age range.


We may use the information we collect from you for various purposes, including to: Provide, maintain and improve our Service, including to provide additional features and content for your messages; Provide and deliver the products and services you request, process transactions, and send you related information; Manage your account and respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service; Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by Company and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you by email, postal mail, telephone, and/or mobile devices; Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our or third parties’ products, services, or content; Maintain our website or mobile application and conduct analytics; Enforce or exercise any rights in our Terms of Use; Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; and Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.   


We use various technologies to automatically collect information from your browser or device about your activities on the Services. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution whenever you share personal information. When you visit our Service, we may assign your device one or more “cookies” (a small file stored on your computer’s hard drive) to facilitate access to our Service and to personalize your experience.  Through the use of a cookie, we also may automatically collect information about your activity on our Service, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visits and the links you click. If we advertise, we and/or third parties may use certain data collected on our Service to show you Company advertisements on other sites or applications. 


We may use standard internet technology, such as “web beacons” (small transparent graphic images), to track your use of our Service and to deliver or communicate with cookies.  We may also include web beacons in advertisements or email messages to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. The information we obtain will be used to customize the services we offer users, to deliver targeted advertisements and to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, programming or other activities.


Develop, display, and track content and advertising tailored to your interests on our Service and other sites, including providing our advertisements to you when you visit other sites; Personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content, or features that match user profiles or interests;


We may allow service providers, advertising companies and ad networks, and other third parties to display advertisements on our Service.  These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies or web beacons, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements.  We do not provide any non-anonymous personal information to third parties. Some of these third-party advertising companies may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offer a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (Please visit this website for more information on how to opt out). Opting out will not decrease the number of advertisements you see.  


Link or combine with information we get from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service; We will perform these functions directly or use a third-party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf. The third-party vendor will be obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us. If you access our Service from a third-party platform, such as Facebook, we may share non-personal information with that platform to the extent permitted by its privacy settings and any agreement you may have with the social platform.


By agreeing to this privacy policy you have provided a clear indication of your intent to establish a relationship with this Village or Organization, thereby allowing them to collect and store your personal information: you also have the right to cancel this relationship with Village at any time, and to have your data removed from their website and data repositories, subject to the organization's rights to maintain accurate and complete records. We ensure that the processing of all personal data will be executed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.


When you register as a user, other users will be able to view your profile and information you have provided to us directly or through a platform, such as your platform photos, any additional photos you upload, your first name, your age, geographic location, your personal description, and information you have in common with the person viewing your profile, such as mutual friends and likes. If you chat with another person, that person will see the content of your chat, including messages and images. Within Revolutionaging websites there is a hierarchy designed to provide levels of control over the information available in the following format: Admin (overarching rights to all the functions within the Helpful Village platform); Service Request Manager; Events Manager: Web pages Manager; Providers Manager; Treasurer; Members Manager; Prospects Manager; Email To Groups Manager; Reports Viewer; Exports Manager. We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Privacy Policy or when we inform you. If we do so, we will give you an opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared before the information is shared. We may share personal information with third parties as indicated below. 

We may use non-personal information collected under any of the above circumstances and share the information with third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our Service and/or on websites or applications of third parties, and to analyze and report on advertising you see. To this end, we may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. We may also share aggregated, non-personal information, or personal information in hashed, non-human readable form, with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis or other business purposes. You have the ability to review and update your personal information within the Service by opening your account and going to profile settings. You also may close your account at any time by visiting the “Settings” page for your account. If you close your account, we will retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and record keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, any information provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy will be retained subject to those third parties’ policies. 


Should you choose not to provide us with certain information, you may be unable to use certain features of our Service. This is because such information may be required in order for you to register as a user; purchase products or services; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions. Our Service may also deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable these notifications by deleting the relevant Service or by changing the settings on your mobile device. We use an independent and trustworthy hosting company who secures data center behind a firewall. Only authorized and trained personnel have physical access to these computers. We perform regular tests on our platform to ensure that security is maintained. We transmit all of our data using an RSA encryption, and our certificates are provided by Amazon’s trusted and secure hosting service. We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. We do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through insecure email.


(1) We will never view your password directly and only have the authority to provide a reset. (2) Have direct access to your credit card information. This data is encrypted by the system and cannot directly be accessed. We only keep first 4 and last 4 digits in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations. (3) Contact you unless you are listed as an official Organization contact (4) Will not sell or otherwise share your name or any contact information with any third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your explicit requests. (5) Never keep individually identifiable web statistics (6) We will never allow data of one Village to be viewed of members or administrators of another.


There are cases where we may need to retain certain data after a deletion request to: Maintain accurate membership and other records; To maintain accurate financial and accounting records; To better understand how the platform is used so that we can provide you with a secure, reliable, and high-performing experience; To detect and prevent abuse of the platform, or illegal activities or breaches of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, or the Subscription Agreement; or to comply with applicable government legal and financial requirements. In these cases, personally identifiable information will be deleted from the record and only numeric data will remain. Data may persist for additional time in other formats exported from this website for backup and data analysis purposes. Once data has been exported, it moves outside Revolutionaging’s control, to ensure that we respect your requests for correction, deletion or a limitation processing will be forwarded to the Village or Organization so that exported data can also be updated.


The rights are: right to be informed, right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure/to be forgotten, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object and rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling. This means you have the right to: (1) You have the right to log in to the website to view any information that has been collected or you have provided. You also have the right to change your privacy settings at any time. Requests should be submitted by email to the organization's designated Data Privacy Officer (DPO) or general contact address, which can be found on the Contact Us page) (2) You have the right to request that your information be deleted from the organization's digital records. For members, this implies that you are resigning your membership. (3) Right to object to the processing of their information, to request a restriction on its processing, or to withdraw their consent for future processing. They have 30 days to accept or decline the request. If they decline it, they must provide you with a reason. If they accept it, or if they take no action within 30 days, your information will be flagged for deletion within 7 days. Information that does not have a compelling business reason to be retained such as your full contact information, biography, answers to additional member data questions, uploaded photos, etc. Will be deleted. Information that does have a compelling business reason to be retained (such as transaction and payment records, event registrations, E-commerce storefront orders, and donations) will be anonymized.


Although our Service serves a general audience, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 18 and above.  We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 18. 


If you are visiting our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and globally where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using our services, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this privacy policy. 


This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of Services.


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.  We recommend that you check our Service from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Privacy Policy or any of our other policies.
