Village to Village Conference in San Diego was a Success!
We wanted to send out a recap about the National Village Gathering in San Diego.
We had amazing weather and an even better event! The days were packed with great lectures, thought-provoking conversations, and quite a few laughs with new friends and old.
We had a fabulous turn out for our demo presentation at the conference and it was really fun seeing plenty of new and as well as all the familiar faces there! We wanted to share our announcement we made at the presentation with everyone!
We are excited to present Amazon Alexa will be compatible with Helpful Village platforms. We are thrilled to have this additional way to interact with a Village. Some Villager’s do not use computers, some do not use tablets nor smartphones.
So we thought we could bring the Village closer to the Villager by using voice and sentences as simple as: “Alexa, ask my Village...”
'Alexa, when is the next HVUG meeting?'
We are looking forward to showing a demo of Alexa in action at our next Users Group Meeting! The HVUG meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 24th at 11 am PST/2 pm EST.
We are continuing our work on testing the Alexa app and want to make it the best product we can before we roll it out to all our Villages.

Credential evaluations can become an important part of studying, working, or applying for professional opportunities in another country, so understanding the process beforehand can prevent delays. Applicants should check which documents are required, whether translations are necessary, how institutions need to submit records, and how long each stage may take. Information discussed at https://world-education-services.pissedconsumer.com/review.html can help identify practical questions to consider before submitting an application. It is also worth confirming the requirements of the university, employer, or licensing authority receiving the evaluation, since their expectations may differ.
